Little Shoots and Spice It Up Cooking Class involves children of the Talitha Koum Nurture Center and their families. Learning life skills through nutrition and nature, the children actively participate in growing fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs while their parents and caregivers learn nutritional cooking techniques and receive new cooking utensils for their home kitchens.
