Since October 1998, the Rainbow Room has served as an emergency resource center distributing essential items for children in care of Child Protective Services.  CPS opened a second office last year and was in need of a satellite Rainbow Room at the new location, and the Junior League of Waco was happy to answer the call to action!  With the help of Grande Communications, the JLW opened its second Rainbow Room location at 171 Herring Avenue.  Please help us support children in need with donations of new items to stock our shelves.  You can purchase items for the Rainbow through our online shopping cart HERE.
